The event order for all meets shall be as follows
1 − 200 yd medley relay
2 − 200 yd freestyle
3 − 200 yd individual medley
4 − 50 yd freestyle
5 − 100 yd butterfly
6 − 100 yd freestyle
7 − 500 yd freestyle
8 − 200 yd freestyle relay

Each event will have several heats.  The girls event is first followed by the boys.  The lanes are assigned by times submitted by coach.  Fastest to slowest times will be place in lanes, starting with Lane 4, 3, 5, and outward to slower times in outside lanes, 1 and 8.

NEED ASSISTANCE FROM PARENTS
1 - Need 2 Easy Up canopies brought down to St. George and set up on Friday early afternoon. (I plan to go down early to get a spot on the lawn before a big crowd arrives)
2 - Need Assistance with snacks or money donated to purchase food for all swimmers Friday night. (Money of any amount can be given to Coach Coston for pizza.  Snacks that can be shared can be sent with swimmer or brought by parents to pool on Friday.  I will have a cooler with ice, and a big tote box for snacks on the lawn by Cedar canopy. )

Please email me directly, call, or text if you can help with food, money for pizza, picking up pizza, or can bring down an easy up canopy.  ljb1@live.com, 590-6935. (Leah)

Because of Fire Code the swimmers are all set up on the back lawn outside the Aquatic Center.  SWIMMERS CAN BRING A BAG CHAIR, and need to bring warm clothing (hats, coats, warm shoes, blankets, sleeping bag)
We will set up a few canopies to claim our area.  We will lay out some tarps on the lawn to keep swimmers belongings dry.  The swimmers will not leave the pool all afternoon and evening.  There is limited food service at the aquatic center.  In the past swim parents have provided  healthy snacks, and money for pizza.  I need a volunteer to help go pick up pizza around 5:00p.m. and bring back to the swimming pool.  Coach Coston usually does not have the bus stop on the way home, because it is late, and the team has a very early start on Saturday morning.
ALL SWIMMERS NEED TO RIDE BUS TO ST. GEORGE.

If you are interested in having your swimmer return home with you - you must check them out personally with Coach Coston, and he can ONLY ALLOW YOUR OWN CHILD TO LEAVE WITH YOU, not other swimmers.
