Swim Team Practice at Cedar Aquatic Center

Senior Team (High School) - 8:00 to 10:00 Monday thru Friday

Junior Team - 5:00 to 6:30 Monday thru Friday

One practice a day for a month = $30.00

Two practice a day for a month = $40.00

Check to ICAT - Give to Coach Coston or Coach Wallace

The high school team can swim on the Recreation Team or the USA Team.  

ICAT (Iron County Aquatic Team) will swim Recreation Swim Meets for summer only.

SUMMER

High School Swimming Practice

Starting Tuesday May 29

8:00 am to 10:00 am

Junior Swim team @ 5:00 to 6:15

High School Swimmers can come to early practice and afternoon practice.

Coach Coston urges all swimmers to do something to ready themselves for swim season.
Please swim and improve your swim skills and times.  


You can do your own fitness program, with running, dry land, and weight training.
Coach wants to help all high school swimmers in their training so if you
can not make it to swim team you can contact Coach at practice or 590-6068

CAR ASSIGNMENTS

Girls need to leave by 10:00a.m and Boys by 11:00a.m.

Players need to go straight to pool - 5624 S. 4800 W. Kearns, UT

Drivers are responsible to let those in their car know where and when to meet on Friday morning.
