Friday Warmup: 3:15, Swimmers be there at 3:00pm

Timers be there at 3:45

Meet Starts 4:00-6:00pm

Events: 200 Med Relay, 200 Free, 200 IM, 50 Free, 100 Fly, 100 Free, 500, 200 Free Relay, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 400 Free Relay

We will be having pot luck dinner: Assignments per grade. 

Seniors: Pasta and Sauce, bring in crockpot to stay warm. 

Juniors: Salad or Vegetables or Fruit

Sophmores: Breadsticks

Freshmen: Drinks (no soda) waterbottles, Juice, etc. or  Dessert. :)🎉

Red & Gold Week Practice schedule 17th-21st, 24th week, & Halloween

It's Red & Gold week!! Some ask what is red and gold week? This is the week we get to know the other swimmers and have a little fun during practice while working hard! We will split the team up into a red team and a gold team at the afternoon practice on Monday. You will get points for the effort and hard work your team puts in. On Thurs we will declare the winning team!! 

Practice:

Monday only 3:15-5:15pm

Tuesday only 3:15-5:15pm

Wednesday, 5:30-7:10am ; 3:15-5:15pm

Thursday only 3:15-5:15pm

:Friday only 5:30am-7:10 am

I understand that this schedule may not work for everyone and some like coming to the evening practices at night, we will have the evening practices again on Oct 25th.  Just do your best to come to as many practices that you can, and to stay in shape during the fall break. Our first meet is next week!!

Practice the week of the 24th we will have normal practice schedule, no practice on friday 28th. The Swim Meet will be at SUU on October 28th, be at the pool at 3 pm. 

Halloween day practice we will only have 5:30am practice, no afternoon practice! They close at 1:00 that day. 

Fees for Swim Season 2022-23

 

•  $40.00 Registration Fee at beginning of the school year, pays for Meets

• $16.00 per swim cap. Every New Swimmer needs to buy 2 caps. 

• Girls Swim Suit Fee: pay $62.00
• 
  
• Boys Swim Suit Fee: pay $42.00   

• Swim shirts $23.00 (the clip board passed around at parents meeting)
• Sweatshirt $40.00
• Backpack $60.00- only have 20 left  

The items above need to be paid for by next Wed the 12th

Overnight meet is Dec 8th-10th ( 2 nights), The swimmers that will be going are Varsity and JV Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors. Please let me know if you are not able to go to the overnight meet. We will have Varsity time trials Oct 13th (3:15 or 6:30pm)

• Hotel Fee $60.00 per swimmer- Paid by Thurs Oct 21st to the front office or online.

All fees are paid to the front office at CHS with Lori Stubbs or online CHS website.

When most of fees are paid then I will pass out the suits and caps at practice. Please take a picture of receipt and send it to me. The suits will hopefully be here before our first meet, other items may take a little longer. Team store items I will send out a message when they come, it may be November.

Don't forget all those that have not turned in a sports physical and completed register my athlete will not be added to the roster and will not be able to compete, turn in to the front office ASAP. Thanks!
