Our First meet of the Season! This will be a Varsity only meet, I can only take 35 swimmers. We will be at the Sand Hollow Pool in St. George. The Swimmers will be outside in between races. Parents are welcome to come watch. We need 2 parents to help time behind the blocks each day, let Megan know if you can help.

Location: 1144 Lava Flow Drive; St George, UT 84770

Swimmers must ride the bus to the meet with the team both days, then if traveling home with a parent, a parent must sign them out with a CHS Swim Coach. I will have a clip board at the pool.

Friday: November 3rd

Load Bus at 12:15 at CHS in Parking lot.

Swim Meet Starts at 3:00pm

Events (#1-8): 200 medley relay, 200 free, 200 IM, 50 free

Bring: A chair, warm clothes we will be outside, food to eat (we will not be stopping for food after the meet on Friday). Pack in swim bag 2 team caps, 2 pairs of goggles, team suit and extra suit just in case, towel, healthy snacks, water bottle, and electrolytes & medicine if needed. 

Load bus when swim meet gets done, head back to CHS about 9:00. I will send out a remind when we leave the pool. 

Saturday: November 4th  -Bring $12 for lunch if riding home with the team. 

Events (#9-22): 100 fly, 100 free, 500, 200 free relay, 100 Back, 100 Breast, 400 free relay

Load bus at 5:45 am at CHS Parking Lot

Warm-up at 7:15am

Swim meet starts at 9:00am -1:30pm

If traveling home with a parent, a parent must sign Swimmer out with a CHS Swim Coach. I will have a clip board at the pool.

After meet go get lunch with the team, bring $12.00 if not bring lunch. 

Be back in Cedar about 3:30pm
