Everyone bring food to share and a wrapped white elephant gift

If Parents plan to attend - Timers and Officials needed

EACH SWIMMER NEEDS TO BRING SNACKS/SMALL SACK LUNCH
AND $5.00 dollars Cash for DINNER~ HOT PULLED PORK SANDWICHES, CHIPS, COOKIE AND DRINK Served by the Delta Swim Team Parents.  

There are not very many food establishments in Delta and this will hopefully help to get the team on the road quicker and home sooner on Friday night.  

Attendance Policy

Coach Coston EMPHASIZES that to make improvement you need to be in the water DAILY!

If you are unable to make it to a practice between 3 and 5pm you can attend ICAT swim team 5-6:30pm  PLEASE Communicate with Coach Coston or Coach Moses if you have a problem and can not attend work out.

To be signed up for a swim meet on the weekend you need to attend a MINIMUM OF 2 WORK OUTS  THAT WEEK.
