Richard Coston (Swim Coach)

 Richard the Coach that Started The Cedar High School Team and Icat Swim Team. 

(Coached in Cedar 1981-2019) 

We are grateful for all that he has done, and the lives that he has touched. 

"If you were looking for Richard Coston, your first stop would be at the aquatic center.  He was involved with swim programs for most of his adult life, and was dedicated to the kids involved in those programs. When he was teaching a swimmer he would do so with examples related to experiences that he had throughout his life, he didn’t lecture, he taught. I was fortunate enough to cross paths with him through coaching both a local community team for the youth and by assisting him in the coaching efforts of the Cedar High Swim Team.  The time he spent growing programs that served our youth have created a foundation that programs today have built on. His time spent in the community was more than just service, he left behind a legacy of dedication and care."  -Megan Moses

Aug 22nd Pre-Season Swim

 We will start swimming August 22nd 3:00-5:00 at the Aquatic Center, just for those that were on the team last year. 

All new swimmers have to wait until tryouts on Sept 26th. 

Register My Athlete - Complete before coming to practice or Tryouts & Fee.  

All swimmers must complete and E-Sign all the forms, register for girls or boys swimming, get a physical, and pay 40.00 fees to the front office.  https://www.registermyathlete.com/

There are several forms to fill-out and read.  Athletes are also required to pay swimming fee to the high school, and have a physical turned in.  There is a form on the website to print out and take with you to your doctor.  You will not be allowed to practice until this has been done.  PLEASE GO TO THE ABOVE LINK FOR REGISTER MY ATHLETE .  Register for your sport (boys or girls swimming)  read and e-sign the forms.  Pick your state and School. 

Print off the "HEALTH EXAMINATION FORM" and take it to your doctor to fill out.
