Happy Thanksgiving - Coach Moratorium

 There is a Coaches a Moratorium over the Thanksgiving week-end.  This means High School Coaches can not coach on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday.
No work out -BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN NO SWIM.  Please come to lap swimming and Coach will have a work out written on the board.

Parent Volunteers need to help be timers.  Be there by 4:15.  This is a one day meet where all events are swam.  We will take a 15 minute break between 50 Free and 100 Butterfly
