Swim Practice and Swim Meet During Christmas Holiday

There will be practice on December 26, 27, 28 and January 2 and 3.  On January 4 there will be a swim meet at Delta.  Team will leave at 11:00 a.m. on Friday.  Team will stay at Richfield Hampton Inn and swim Richfield and Unitah on Saturday January 5.  Motel money due on December 17 - $20.00 to CHS office. On moratorium dates of Dec. 24, 25, 31, and Jan 1 swimmers are ENCOURAGED TO SWIM LAPS ON YOUR OWN OR DO SOMETHING CARDIO TO STAY IN SHAPE.

Buses leave on Friday December 21 @ 8:00a.m. from the South Parking lot by football field.

There are 500 plus swimmers at this meet and so bring extra snacks, or a paper bag lunch.  The meet is split into two days, ending on Friday with the 50 Free. Parents please talk to your swimmers about being on their best behavior, especially at the hotel, and in the locker rooms.  There will be lots of teams and we want to make sure Cedar is know as having GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP.

Friday December 7th - Orem at Cedar
Warm up starts at 3pm and meet starts at 4:00 p.m.
 Tuesday December 18th - Desert Hills, Hurricane, and Pineview at Cedar
