TIME TRIALS FOR THE 50 FREE AND 50 BREAST, 

 FOR BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS RELAYS 

DURING HIGH SCHOOL WORK OUT. (3:15 TO 5:15)

 Coach Coston encourages everyone to stay

in shape for Water Polo that will start on Feb. 6.

Plan on attending the junior swim team 5:15 to 6:30    

WORK OUT ON SATURDAY AND MONDAY(HOLIDAY)

SWIMMERS THERE WILL BE WORK OUT THIS WEEK END
