Coach Coston would like to let parents know his policies for Team Captains.
He wants the swimmers input and so they will help elect captains on Nov. 5
Coach want to have a Senior Boy and Girl Captain and a Junior Boy and Girl Co-Captain.
He will go over with the swimmers the qualifications for the captains.
Captains need to be supportive of the coach, and encourage swimmers to follow practice directions. The captains will be the coach's liaison with the swimmers. Captains need to attend all practices, and swim meet. They will assist in set up and take down at meets. Captains will follow and encourage all swimmers to follow district and school policies including GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP. Captains will encourage, and CHEER FOR ALL SWIMMERS AND PROMOTE TEAM SPIRIT.
