Fall Break - Work Out times

Coach Coston will have work out on Thursday October 16 @ 3:00 to 5:00
NO practice on Friday October 17
NO practice on Monday October 20
Coach Coston will have work out on Tuesday October 21 and Wednesday October 22 @ 5:00 to 7:00

PLEASE KEEP WORKING OUT - EVEN WHEN SCHOOL IS OUT. If can not make it to work out try to swim on your own during lap swimming or go running or do other aerobic excercise.
Important you stay in shape - First official swim meet is 3 weeks from this week-end.
