STARTING IN JANUARY - COACH COSTON WANTS TO HAVE

SWIMMERS STAY UNTIL 5:30 P.M. - Work out will start by 3:15

Coach want to remind swimmers that we have the

TRIDENT INVITATIONAL on January 6-7

Swimmers have mandatory attendance the week of the swim meet. Coach wants all swimmers to attend on Monday to declare your events for the swim meet on the upcoming week-end.

Sept ? Parents Meeting for all parents and swimmers 6:00pm at CHS (Lecture Hall)
Sept- Jan, Weights Tus & Thurs? at CHS time TBD
Oct ? Tryouts for all new swimmers 3:15-5:00, second time 6:30pm by appointment
Oct ? after try outs Swim Starts today 3:00-5:15pm M-F, Oct ? 5:30am-7:10 M,W,F
Oct 7th-11th Red and Gold Week, At Afternoon Practice
Oct 27th- Friday No Swim Practice today
Nov 1st & 2nd Swim Meet (Fri & Sat) Fernley-St George: loading the bus 12:10 Friday, 6:30am Saturday load bus
Nov 8th&9th Cedar Home Meet, start time 5:15pm Fri, 10:00am Sat.
Nov 22nd 8:00-10am swim practice - no school
Nov 26th (Tues), Thanksgiving meet with CV & SC. Warm up at 3:00, starts at 3:45pm Location TBD
Nov 28th- Dec1st MORATORIUM -- no practices
Dec 6th & 7th Swim meet- Canyon View @SUU - starts at 6pm Fri, 10am Sat.
Dec 12th & 13th overnight meet @Wasatch High School: Varsity only, leave after practice on the 12th, Start time on the 13th 10:00am
Dec ? Team Christmas Party 6:30- 8:00pm @Location TBD, bring a white elephant gift under $10.
Dec 21st? Swim Meet at UT-Tech St George, starts at 9:30am, Load bus at CHS 7:00am
Dec Christmas MORATORIUM TBD-- no practices
Dec 27th- 31st ? TBD practice time 8:00am, more info tba
Jan1st MORATORIUM -- No swim practice
Jan 2nd, 3rd & 6th Practice TBD Aquatic Center, Jan 7th Normal practice will start again.
Jan 3rd & 4th Red Rock Invite, Fri 3:30 & Sat at 9:30am @ UT-tech pool St.George
Jan 10 & 11th Cedar Home Meet, start time 5:15pm Friday, 10:00am Sat.
Jan 24th & 25th Region Meet (Fri & Sat) For all Swimmers
Feb 7th & 8th State Swim @BYU (Fri & Sat) Only for swimmers that qualify. Travel up on the 6th
