Admission to State Meets:
Pre-Sale Tickets:
Pre-sale tickets will be available to purchase for up to 2 tickets per state qualifying competitor for the date they compete. These tickets will be purchased and distributed by the coaching staff from each participating school. The head coach from each qualifying school must submit their ticket request by Saturday February 3, 2018. A maximum of 2 tickets per state qualifier may be requested per school/per day. If the request form is not submitted by February 3, 2018, no tickets will be reserved for your school. Coaches/schools will be responsible to secure payment (based on district stipulations for collecting money) and request the number of tickets they are allotted based on the number of individual qualifiers from their school. Schools will be invoiced for the number of tickets the coaches request. Pre-sale tickets may be picked up by the coach, with their team packet, either at the UHSAA offices or at the meet site the day of the event. Coaches must distribute the tickets to the patrons/parents or assign a representative from their respective schools to distribute the requested tickets. Coaches will be emailed a link to a form where they may request tickets.
After the distribution of school pre-sale tickets, there will be some additional seats available.
Additional seating is on a first come, first serve basis. The number of seats available will be very
limited. Patrons are not allowed to save seats. The facility will be cleared after each session. A
separate ticket must be purchased for each classification session. Only ticketed patrons will be allowed
admission to the balcony for seating. Overflow seating located outside of the pool area will be
available at both venues at no cost. A live video feed will be provided so patrons can watch the meet
from the overflow area at each venue. Once the balcony is full, the Utah Fire Code prevents us from
seating any additional spectators.
Where to Pick-Up the School Team Packets with Deck Passes and Pre-sale Tickets:
Schools can pick-up their team packet, containing the deck passes and pre-sell tickets either at the UHSAA office on the Wednesday prior (199 E. 7200 So.) or at the meet site on the day of the meet. Passes will be issued only to those on the state roster as submitted and verified by the State Meet Director. Schools only get (3) deck passes for coaches or managers.
