Coach Colby and Megan encourage you to be in the water working out even though there will not be team practice on Thursday and Friday. Coach Colby has a work out for you to do if you can be in the water on Friday.  Both coaches ask that you try to do some cardio exercise - running great if can not be in the water.

BRING - Sack lunch for bus, healthy snack for Friday night after meet ends- it will be late and we will go straight to motel.

$30 for two meals - Friday dinner before meet and Saturday lunch after meet ends. 

Warm coat, swim gear, carbohydrates to eat at the meet, and water and/or Gatorade to drink. 

Bus leaves at 11:30 am - Friday 

3:45 p.m. - Arrive Jordan Landing to have dinner

5:00p.m. - Arrive at Kearns pool 

5:30p.m. - Warm Up

Our team is hosting this meet and need help with timers, 
 at the awards table and with hospitality.  Both Friday and Saturday we will need 16 timers and it would be nice to have a few relief timers come half way through meet and give timers a break.  PARENTS PLEASE HELP - CAN NOT RUN THE MEET WITHOUT YOUR ASSISTANCE. 

Meet starts at 5:15 p.m. and 9:15 a.m  Timers arrive 20 -30 early and plan to stay for the whole meet.

Need help with hospitality - hand out water, and treats to timers, coaches, and officials. 


Swimmers are asked to donate a few snacks for timers, coaches, and officials that are at the pool for the whole time. Please donate anytime to Coach Moses - Box of Granola bars, crackers, nuts, or fruit snacks. Fruit will also be accepted if want to bring cut up or whole oranges, bananas, grapes or apples on the day of the meet.
