All swimmers must complete and E-Sign all the forms, register for girls or boys swimming, get a physical, and pay 40.00 fees to the front office. http://www.registermyathlete.com/schools/
There are several forms to fill-out and read. Athletes are also required to pay swimming fee to the high school, and have a physical. There is a form on the website to print out and take with you to your doctor. You will not be allowed to compete until this has been done. PLEASE GO TO THE ABOVE LINK FOR REGISTER MY ATHLETE .
