Pay the front office $89 to the front office by Thursday. (2 nights for Hotel and State Cap)
Practice will be:
Thursday and Friday 3:00-5:15,
Thursday weights 6:00-7pm (30min)
Saturday 6:00am- 8:00am (only 90 mins if you get there on time).
Feb 3- 6. Monday- Thursday, No weights this week.
4:45pm Thursday then load the bus. Make sure to have your food packed and ready for the bus, we will be stopping 2 hours later for dinner. Have money for 4 meals and snacks for in between.

Parents if you need to check you swimmer out at the hotel or during the few days during the meet, a parent has to sign them out with a coach. If they come back, please let a coach know.
