Friday Nov 8th -warm up 3:30pm, be there at 3:00

-Meet will start 5:15

*Parents we need timers, two for each lane. If you are willing to time come down to the deck and talk to Morgan Greene, try to be there before 5:00. Morgan set up a remind text if you would like to sign up, if she needs more people she will send out a text.

* Parents to watch the meet we would like you to sit in the bleachers if you are not helping with the meet, to help with traffic flow on the pool deck. We will have 12 school there.

Saturday Nov 9th- warm up 8:30am be there at 8am

-Meet starts at 9:15.

* Thanks for the donations with the drinks and food. Thanks to all the parents and swimmers for helping, it makes our meet run so smoothly. :)

1st Meets!! Let's Go Cedar Reds!!!
Friday Nov. 1st 
 Pack warm blanket or sleeping bag, extra towel, 2 pairs of goggles, 2 caps, extra swim suit..Bring a lunch for the bus, chair for the meet, snow coat, parka, beanie, socks, water bottle, ... They will be outside and it will be cold...
-11:16 am- Bell rings to get out of class
- Leave CHS parking lot 11:25 am
- warm-up 1:00 pm
Meet begins 3:00 pm , (200 Med Relay, 200 Free, IM, 50 Free)
Dinner will be provided for the swimmers at Junior High across the street from the pool,
(Family and Friends are welcome to pay at the door if they want to eat dinner with the swimmers. $6.00 per person)
Leave by 8? Be home hopefully by 9:00 pm...
Saturday Nov 2nd
-6:20 Meet at CHS parking lot
-Leave 6:30 am
-Warm-up at 8:00 am
Meet begins at 9:00 am, (100 Fly, 100 Free, 500, 200 Fr Relay, 100 Back, 100 Brst, 400 Fr Relay)
Meet should be done between 1-2pm
We will stop on our way back to get food if they want to buy lunch. Bring $10.00
Arrive back in Cedar between 3-4pm

A couple things before you come, go to https://www.registermyathlete.com/login/
-Fill out the paperwork online and make sure it says "Ready for Tryouts" 
-Pay the 40.00 Registration fee to the front office
-Have an updated sports physical on file with the front office
