1 - log into your school after typing in UTAH
2 - Create an account
3 - Fill in the Guardian Information
4 - Read the Terms of Agreement and sign
5 - Add Athlete to SWIMMING
6 - Fill out Athlete Information including Athlete email, cellphone, and STUDENT ID #
EACH STUDET ATHLETE WILL NEED A PHYSICAL. PRINT OFF THE PHYSICAL SHEET AND TAKE TO YOUR DOCTOR - NEED THIS BEFORE FIRST COMPETITION.
