First week of Workout









Coach Coston reports that he is excited to see all the swimmers again. First week of practice has gone well.  Swimmers need to try to be on time to practice.  Please come prepared with running shoes if  dryland is done before in water workout.  Coach encourages swimmers to be in the water everyday if not with the CHS team, club team.  
Swimming is not suppose to be a contact sport but we had a collision.  Not sure of the story behind Julian and Ben's injures but think they where driving on the wrong side of the road.
