After creating account and filling out all personal information you will do an e-signature.
Make sure you pick the sport (girls swimming or boys swimming)
It will then show you a CHECKLIST
ALL ITEMS MUST BE COMPLETE BEFORE COMPETING
Debbie Slaugh is still entering fees - so if you paid swimming fee and it is not recorded, wait a week.
Print the Pre-Participation Examination Form and take with you when you get your physical exam, then return to the front desk - AllisonPalmer
