The team hosting an invitational will typically charge each swimmer an entry fee. The amount of the meet entry varies from meet to meet. The fees paid to the host team covers awards, and possible rental of the facility where the swim meet is being held.
Coach Coston or CHS is required to pay the host team for participation in the swim meet. The Swim Team budget will not cover this cost and so each swimmers must pay.
Coach Coston has had the swimmer pay for each swim meet individual at the beginning of the week prior to the swim meet. This is a lot of kids coming to the financial secretary window each week. To make it easier on the secretary at CHS as well as being able to record and keep a more accurate record Coach has put all the fees together. Hopefully this is easier for parents as well to pay all fees at one time.
Varsity Swimmers need to pay - $26 (Greg Fernley Invitational was paid for seperatly )

This covers the cost of Cedar Invitationals , and Canyon View invite. If a varsity swimmer drops out and a JV swimmers is invited to attend - they will not be charged additional amount.
