PHYSICAL EXAMS - AUGUST 6
Physical Exams being done at Cedar High School Gymnasium on TUESDAY AUG. 6 @ 4:00P.M. Dr. Mark Corry will be offering this free to any CHS athlete.
Print off the A or B Form and fill out personal information before going.
Look at previous post to get link where medical forms can be found and printed on Utah High School Athletic Association.

Cedar High Swim Season 2013-14 Starting
August 12 to 23
Dead Period - No High School Coach can Coach High School Swimmers.
USA Coaches can work with swimmers.
August 26 to October 5
Stroke Work
UHSAA will allow High School Coaches to teach strokes and use this time as instruction time.
Coach Coston encourages swimmers to attend this instructional time and work out as a team.
October 7 to November 1
Training
Hard serious practice and training - MANDATORY PRACTICES
Dead Period - No High School Coach can Coach High School Swimmers.
